Services for Employers
Recruitment
NPAAMB can pre-screen candidates. We will identify our client’s skills, interests, experience, and capabilities to make sure that they meet your recruitment requirements.
Wage Subsidy
NPAAMB can pay a portion of the wages of a NPAAMB client (limitations apply)
Pre-employment Training
NPAAMB can cover the cost of training your new employee, if eligible. NPAAMB provides employment readiness and retention preparation to its client pool and could include: WHIMIS, customer service, specialized pre-entry training, licensing costs, etc.
Mentoring and Support
Our Youth Service Officers will work closely with you and your candidate to ensure a positive work experience.

- Production Welding (GMAW)
