Corporate Services Assistant

Description

Duties of the position

  • provide a variety of administrative, clerical/financial support to assigned manager(s)
  • data entry into and maintenance of administrative databases
  • prepare reports, letters, presentations, agendas and minutes
  • maintain manual and electronic filing systems
  • reception, mail, courier, stockroom duties
  • provide customer service to clients
  • website management
  • book travel and accommodations
  • fleet booking, coordination and oversight of maintenance
  • project design/delivery as part of a team

Requirements to apply

  • Security clearance
  • Valid driver’s licence

Job details

Employment period: Approximately four months (May to August 2019}

Rate of pay: based on academic level

Work Location: Guelph, Ontario

An interview and reference checks will be required
