NPAAMB will reward high school students for the credits that they earn. This stay-in-school initiative was developed as an incentive for urban Aboriginal youth to help them stay on track in their efforts of achieving their high school diploma.

The Apprenticeship Opportunity Fund (AOF) provides support services to enhance the successful completion of an approved pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship training program.

This program provides monthly bus passes to full-time post-secondary students. It also focuses on providing safe and reliable transportation to students who do not have access to funded bus services.

This healthcare certificate program will prepare students for entry-level positions in the healthcare industry. Students will gain knowledge and skills pertinent to work in the medical industry and will be provided a basis of preparation to pursue further training and employment in the health industry and beyond.
The Journey to Success in Hospitality Program is a 14 week program designed to provide participants with exposure into the fundamentals of working in the hospitality industry.
Oya:na is a 11-week employment and life skills program for urban Aboriginal youth who are interested in developing and enhancing their employability and life skills through a culture-based program.
Pipe Dreams is a 21-week pre-apprenticeship welding program. The program consists of 13-weeks of theoretical and practical training in-class followed by an 8-week job placement.
Pipe Dreams Production Welding is a 20-week vocational training program. It consists of 12-weeks of in-class theoretical and practical training as well as 8 weeks of on-the-job training.

The Summer Work Experience Program is a wage subsidy program that provides up to Ontario’s existing minimum wage for 30 to 40 hours per week, payable to the client by the partner employer.
The Youth Internship Program provides wage subsidy for 15-40 hours per week, payable to client by partner employer. In some cases, the hourly wage may be increased and is contingent upon the employer and NPAAMB established partnership.
The Youth Work Experience Program is a wage subsidy program payable to the client by partner at 24 to 40 hours per week. In some cases, the hourly wage may be increased and is contingent upon the employer and NPAAMB established partnership.
