NPAAMB can pre-screen candidates. We will identify our client’s skills, interests, experience, and capabilities to ensure that they meet your recruitment requirements.
NPAAMB can pay a portion of the wages of a NPAAMB client (limitations apply).
NPAAMB can cover the cost of training your new employee, if eligible. NPAAMB provides employment readiness and retention preparation to its client pool, which could include: WHIMIS, customer service, specialized pre-entry training, licensing costs, etc.

Throughout the years, NPAAMB has partnered with Conestoga College Institute of Advance Learning and Technology, Niagara College, as well as the Ogwehoweh Skills and Trades Training Centre to train select urban Aboriginal youth in various industries to prepare them for employment.
Our training programs provide participants with the technical skills necessary to create pathways to careers that are complimented with life skills, job readiness and essential skills training to create a harmonious transition into the workforce for both the employee and the employer.
