The Night of Champions Gala is NPAAMB’s inaugural recognition event, where we recognized the successes of NPAAMB clients, along with employers, staff, and outstanding community partners. Our first event took place June 2025 and shone a spotlight on 2024 performance excellence.
Taking place at White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa, the event welcomed Program valedictorians who have completed NPAAMB programming and continue to work towards their personal goals. Youth were not only recognized for their success, but also their contributions to their classrooms and peer groups.
NPAAMB is not just a Youth Training and Employment service; NPAAMB is a community of people working together to create better opportunities and experiences for our local youth. Our work is not completed by us alone- it takes people working in every sector and position, from trades to medicine, and Directors to front-line staff, to provide enriching tours, sessions, and events to our youth.
The Night of Champions is our opportunity to shine a spotlight on those people in our community that exemplify the vision and mission of NPAAMB Indigenous Youth Employment and Training.
