Opportunity Knocks is NPAAMB’s annual youth conference. Our theme for 2024 is AGWATAHÍHSA:S, or Find our Path. The same journey for one may not be the best path for another, and so this year we focus on developing the pathway we want before us. What lays ahead for you?

Opportunity Knocks is a 2 day youth conference for high school students, offering experiences for youth to explore career opportunities, employers, educational streams and resources, and more. NPAAMB strives to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our clients- we offer an overnight hotel stay to our attendees, transportation to and from the conference, all meals and refreshments, plus opportunities for youth to win tech like a new laptop!

We invite a wide variety of employers and professionals to present and workshop with our attendees across the 2 day event. A key component of the conference is a Trade Show specifically for Opportunity Knocks youth to network and connect with ambassadors from different sectors, schools and skilled trades.

NPAAMB starts to recruit for the conference in the summer, visiting local high schools and community centers to spread the word and sign students up for this awesome experience!
