NPAAMB hosted its first ever Youth Recognition Event in December 2025 at the White Oaks Conference Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake, inviting all graduates of the 2 Employment Programs to return for an evening of recognition and pride. Valedictorians from Sports 2 Employment and Ceremony 2 Employment shared their reflections after finishing the program, often sharing personal stories of hardship and struggle. Each story had one important thing in common- the teller continued to believe in themselves. Program instructors recognized the resilience of program attendees, and honoured them with cultural gifts. Guest Program facilitators were also recognized for their meaningful contributions to the courses.
